Studio 107 houses open artist studios for over 12 working artists. These studios are open to the public and visitors are encouraged to watch the artists at work and browse the studio shop for original artwork and gifts.

Studio 107 is open monthly for First Friday Art Walk, which attracts hundreds of visitors throughout the year. Many artists also offer classes for adults and children.
